If someone else may be monitoring your device, some contact methods may not be safe. 

  • Email may be visible on shared devices or accounts

  • Browser history may be accessible

If you’re unsure, consider using a safer device or a private/incognito browser. 

Option 1: Email support

Best if:

  • You have a private email account

  • Your inbox is not being monitored

Not ideal if: 

  • Someone else has access to your email or device


Option 2: Web form

Send a message through our secure form

  • You don’t need to log in 

  • You can use this from a private browser

  • You can choose whether to leave contact details

Best if:

  • You’re worried someone might have access to your email or device

  • You don’t want a record in your inbox

Option 3: Use “Help us improve Third” on the app homepage

  • No email required

  • Quick and low-profile

  • Useful for feedback or reporting bugs

Best if:

  • You want to share feedback quickly

  • Something isn’t working in the app

  • You don’t want to use email

Not ideal if:

Your message is about something more personal or unrelated to the app experience
